In this Easter message, we are given accounts of resurrections in scripture. There were many resurrections accounted for, but Jesus' was the only one with the power to raise himself from the dead. His resurrection assures us that he was God, and that through our faith in him, we will also be raised from the dead by Jesus!

In this Easter season series, we are looking at the lives of the 'bad boys', or the men viewed as the villains, of the last days of Jesus. To begin this series, we look at the two criminals on the crosses beside Jesus. We see that one had a hard heart toward Jesus, but the other had a great change of heart. We learn that even though they were both criminals, the one with the change of heart was not 'too bad' to be saved!

We note the source, size, strength, and scope of this river, and we are encouraged because we know that God is our source, and his power is strong and well able to flow into the hard or dead places in our lives, and give us new flow and new life!
